Sequential numbers are predictable. That's ideal for stock and assets, but don't use them where a code grants access (tickets, vouchers). For those, make random IDs on the QR tickets page.

How do I make sequential barcodes?
This page opens in Sequence mode: set a prefix, start number, count, step and zero-padding, pick a symbology and download. ASSET-00001 to ASSET-00500 takes a few seconds.
Can I make sequential UPC or EAN numbers?
Yes. Leave the prefix empty, pad to 11 digits for UPC-A (12 for EAN-13, 13 for ITF-14), and start from your GS1 company prefix followed by zeros. The correct check digit is added to each number.
What is the maximum run?
5,000 codes per batch. Run another batch starting where the last one ended for more.
Can I skip numbers, e.g. only even ones?
Set Step to 2. Negative steps count down.
