The short version: your data stays in your browser.
Your spreadsheets and codes
CSV and Excel files are read by JavaScript inside your browser tab. QR codes, barcodes, ZIPs and PDFs are generated on your device. None of it is uploaded to us or to anyone else.
Settings saved on this device
To save you re-entering things, each generator remembers your last settings and pasted text in your browser's localStorage (keys beginning with bulkqr:). Uploaded files and logos are not stored. You can switch this off with the "Remember my settings" checkbox under any generator, or wipe everything here:
The batch planner (AI)
If you use "Plan my batch", the text you type into that box is sent to our server and on to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to write the answer. Don't include personal or confidential details. We don't store the text, and the planner never sees your spreadsheet. Requests are rate-limited by IP address, held briefly in memory only.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.
